To reduce the risk of overlap at check in, the front gates are locked. We do not have a doorbell on the street, if you call my mobile number (0044-7429944093) when you arrive, I will open the doors to the car park and help you drive in.

We have identified the entrance to our property as the locus of maximum number of high touch points and created a sanitation station consisting of disinfectant spray, blue roll, bin for waste and hand sanitiser. 

We have closed our only non en-suite room for foreseeable future

We no longer service rooms during guest stays, please do let us know if you need fresh linen, or anything else during your stay.

Breakfast time and options must be pre-booked so that we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all. This will be discussed further at time of arrival.

After cleaning and sanitizing the rooms, we us a fogger to disinfect it, this is the reason for our change to 4pm check in and 10am checkout times 

We will not be doing room makeovers during guest stays anymore, We are happy to provide linen and towels as well as cleaning materials on request.

Guests must not invite people who are not booked in to stay at the borderers guesthouse onto the premises.
