Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes, bookings are a 2 night minimum aside from Bank Holiday weekends, which are 3 nights minimum.

Do you allow early arrivals for weddings?
We require a minimum of 2 nights stay for guests attending weddings.
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate early arrivals for weddings, as we find it impossible to complete the room turn around to our standards.
We therefore ask that you book for 2 nights for weddings.
Do your prices include breakfast?
Yes.
Prices quoted on the website or over the phone include a delicious cooked breakfast.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4pm and before 7pm. Please contact us for other check-in arrangements.
Please let us know your expected arrival time. Check-out is 10:30am on your morning of departure.
Why do you need to know our arrival time?
This is to ensure we are at the house to greet you on arrival and enables us to plan our private time.
What happens if we arrive early. Can we get into our rooms?
If you arrive early, you are most welcome to leave your bags and head out for the day. If you should arrive early. it would be appreciated if you could please telephone, so that I know to expect you, this will ensure I am available to meet you.
Children aged 16 and above are welcome. We are not equipped to provide for the needs of very small children. Due to the restrictions posed by the age and construction of the property, we are not able to put an extra bed in rooms.
Yes, dogs are welcome, however, as we have only one dog friendly room, prior arrangement is required. A charge of £5 per dog per night is chargeable.
