Yes, bookings are usually a 2 night minimum stay whereby Bank Holiday weekends are 3 nights minimum. However, if you require only one night then please feel free to text ot telephone us on 0044-7429944093, as we may be able to accommodate your needs.

Yes. All prices quoted on the website or over the phone include a delicious cooked breakfast to start your day. Breakfast is served between 8 am and 9 am.

Check-in from 3pm and until 8pm for direct bookings only. OTA check in times are from 4pm to 7pm. Please contact us for other check-in arrangements. Check-out is 10:30am on your morning of departure. Please let us know your arrival time.

We request an approximate ETA to ensure one of us is home to check you in when you arrive.

Early check in is best discussed at time of booking. We also request approximate ETA on the morning of your arrival, so that we can try to ensure one of us is around to check you in. We always try to accommodate guest requests, on the rare occasion we cannot, the borderers is within walking distance of some lovely cafes and restaurants, where you can wait safely.

We adore kids, but are unfortunately not equipped to cater for them due to structural restrictions with room sizes etc. Children aged 15 and above are welcome. 

Yes, dogs are welcome, however, as we have only TWO dog friendly rooms, prior arrangement is required to avoid disappointment. A charge of £5 per dog per night is chargeable.
